Thankyou to everyone who has already submitted written evidence to our Parliamentary inquiry on birth trauma. Due to the high volume of submissions and also requests for extra time to submit even more stories, today I am extending our call for evidence by an additional fortnight.
Following my national campaign, I’m delighted that at the Women’s Health Summit today the Health Secretary has confirmed that birth trauma has been added to the Women’s Health Strategy and is now a priority for the Government in 2024.
