Yesterday his Defence Secretary shook hands with Israeli Defence Secretary Gallant, who executed the siege.

Starmer gives cover to Netanyahu.

He’s complicit.

What you could have had, Scotland. If we weren’t shackled to a union which hobbles us & a vindictive, hostile UKG which seeks to undermine us & get in our way at every turn. The only reason they blocked our DRS was spite.

Just in case you were wondering. All the noise in the background you can hear while pundits talk to you on the @BBCSport #BBCOlympics about an athletics meeting, is in fact a live athletics meeting !!! 😡

@ChrisLawSNP @allanukscotland Scotland’s competitors & those we might be able to collaborate with are funded big time! Two great examples I’ve visited recently are pictured below. The UK Gov has now cut off these opportunities in Scotland by slashing vital funding. #BetterTogether seems like one big joke now.

The main reason Labour is failing early. And what they can do to fix it. But they won’t until it’s too late, then the Tories will be back.

CalMac praised for investing in fleet with increased maintenance programme as comparable fleets in the US, Canada and New Zealand fall into disrepair

💷 Scotland attracted record levels of foreign investment in 2023.

📈 The @EYnews report shows a 12.7% rise from the previous year, double that of the UK as a whole.

Twelve pro-independence leaders moved abroad to avoid arrest after 2017 referendum

Like bloody clockwork. I don’t like to criticise fellow journalists but is it possible for news organisations to move on from the “he seemed like a nice guy” trope? Show some bloody responsibility. Two dead women every week. This week three - probably more.

Under-appreciated stat from last week’s election:

Labour won its lowest ever share of the vote in deprived areas (<50% for the first time), and its highest ever share in affluent areas.

The result is a dramatic flattening of the class gradient in Labour support.

Three interviews this week. Each resulted in highly controversial responses.

1. Sarwar - No distinct Scottish Visa
2. Baillie - Backs Streeting's NHS private sector plan
3. Murray - Refuses to rule out overruling Scottish Govt on a nuclear power plant.

Labour is already talking about repeating the feat at the 2026 Scottish parliamentary elections by asking "is your life better after 19 years under the SNP?"

The answer is an emphatic YES

The elephant in the room as far as the SNP is concerned remains BBC Scotland. This was the 1pm news bulletin.

"The veteran independence campaigner Jim Sillars has described Nicola Sturgeon as 'Stalin's wee sister' ..."

The party can't continue to pretend this isn't a problem. https://twitter.com/i/web/status/1810651130981978532

Octopus’ CEO Jackson says Scotland could have free electricity at times/cheapest electricity in Europe generally if Ofgem regs changed, and that data centres would then move to Scotland….

Instead, even when it is windy, sometimes Scotland is importing electricity from Norway

The same Tony who let the City go berserk, who started the disastrous NHS privatisation from within; the war criminal who violated international law & the UN charter - yes, this same Tony is now recommending racism-lite as a bulwark against... racism!

🗓️ Appointments for @givebloodscot session in COPPERMINE COMMUNITY CENTRE, GOUROCK on Monday 15 July are now available to book.

👏 Giving blood by appointment is vital because the SNBTS know hospitals can rely on your blood type on that date, making it easier to regulate stocks.

In Wales, turnout was 56% compared to 67% in 2019.

Despite winning the majority of seats, Labour's vote share in Wales actually dropped, down from 40% to 37%.

There are aspects of this election that aren't being covered.
