40 years ago, British Armed Forces liberated the Falkland Islands.

We remember their brave sacrifice to defend the Islanders' rights to determine their own future.

We will always stand up to threats made to freedom, sovereignty and self-determination.

Congratulations to @HistoricEngland and @NorwichChurches for saving the Grade I listed Church of St Michael Coslany, Norwich. This beautiful medieval church is an important local community space and home to the brilliant Oak Circus Centre.

In Belfast I also had the pleasure of catching up with @CommunitiesNI Minister @DeirdreHargey and the honour to speak at #HarkinBelfast . In my speech I called on all businesses to employ more disabled people to create a more diverse and inclusive workforce

Fantastic to be in Belfast today and visit the @NOW_Group and Alexander Mann Solutions to see first-hand the incredible work they are doing to support disabled people into work and in their daily lives. Special mention to the delicious lunch from @lovelyloaf

I’ll be voting to back Boris Johnson today, as I did 3 years ago. Constituents in Norwich North voted for him in 2019 and it’s right to unite, serve and deliver on their trust. 1/2

It was great to accompany @SOMNews and see how the occupational health teams at @GSTTnhs and @TfL are prioritising the wellbeing of their staff. Positive physical and mental health is good for business as healthier workplaces produce stronger financial results

Thanks to the support of employers across the country, we’ve reached our target five years early: over 1.3 million more disabled people are now in work than in 2017
