Last week, I joined a powerful lobby of Parliament, led by disabled people, opposing the proposed cuts to disability support.

These cuts are sadistically cruel. I wasn’t elected to inflict harm onto the most vulnerable in our society – I will be voting against these cuts.

I hosted a meeting today with constituents to talk about the Assisted Dying Bill.

It’s a complex & emotional issue, and I’m grateful for the honest, thoughtful discussion - including concerns about hospice care.

I’ll continue to listen carefully as the Bill progresses.

Starmer & McSweeney’s power games shouldn’t come at the expense of hungry children.

This delay is a political choice - just like the winter fuel cuts. Those in power must think again.

This is a moral imperative, not a political bargaining chip.

This week, I held one of my regular surgeries in the city centre, helping constituents on a range of issues from employment disputes, immigration & leaseholder queries.

I called on the government to back @INQUEST_ORG’s call for a national oversight body.
