The shocking shooting of 18-year old Pooja Kumari in #Pakistan for resisting forced conversion and marriage is far from an isolated incident. More must be done to challenge and change this dreadful practice.

Harrowing accounts of devastating sexual violence are emerging from Ukraine. These appalling crimes must be investigated and perpetrators brought to account. I pay tribute to survivors and the courageous Ukrainian women bringing these issues to the world’s attention.
