This morning I welcomed to the House of Commons, His Excellency Mr. Ioannis Raptakis, Ambassador for Greece. The meeting provided a good opportunity to discuss UK-Greece relations.
There was no ambrosia or nectar on the menu, but nobody complained. Dozens of British MPs and peers were served delicious Greek food & fine wine - and they loved it! Congrats #APPGGreece, GNTO UK and @GreeceinUK for a fantastic ‘Taste of Greece’ event in @UKParliament today!
